We ship factory direct across the Continental United States and to Canada. Free delivery is available for orders that meet required minimum quantities. If you have your order shipped to a business loading dock there is no additional charge. If the order is going to a residential address, there is a drop charge. We do have minimum order requirements.

There are some restrictions for residential delivery to your home due to the size of delivery trucks. We will clarify all those issues with you before you order, so there are no surprises.

Orders shipping to Canada require some additional information and may have additional costs based on how they go over the border. Again, we will go over all the details of freight brokers during the sales process.

Unlike others, we shepherd your order to you and let you know in advance when to expect it, so you or your contractor can plan ahead. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers every step of the way. We won’t just send you a tracking number, leaving you to try to follow your shipment and make delivery arrangements. We’ll take care of all of that for you! Our team is very experienced in solving issues that may arise during shipping or after delivery.
